Green Scoring Tool

The Green Scoring Tool allows scoring a project to the National Green Building Standard™, and is the required entry point for National Green Building Certification.

When available, the Green Scoring Tool provides links for practices that have Green Approved Products.

The Standard lists point possibilities in categories such as:

• Lot Design, Preparation, and Development
• Resource Efficiency
• Energy Efficiency
• Water Efficiency
• Indoor Environmental Quality
• Operation, Maintenance, and Building Owner Education

It also provides guidance for multi-unit construction, remodeling and renovation projects, and site development for the creation of green subdivisions.
